![]() ![]() In Survival: The Quest, players are immediately thrusted right into the middle of action while taking on the role of a plane crash survivor. Luckily for players of Survivors: The Quest, getting involved in a real-life plane crash won’t be something they’d have to experience just to have a taste of what survival really means. The way the characters move and the way they interact with the environment is similar to the early Fallout games.While watching survival movies can surely move us to the edge of our seats, wondering what we would do in an event of a plane crash-or at least whether or not we have the capacity to survive-is something that has crossed our minds. The questing side is similar to Fallout 1, 2 and Fallout Tactics, except there is less need for combat. The game play is not that dissimilar to the Sims, where you have to create food, eat, shower, and so forth. The developers of Survivors: the Quest could have easily stuck to subtitles from the on-screen 3D characters and it would have been just as good. The two-dimensional characters that appear to the left and right are fine as part of the story narrative, but are a little unimaginative. The game looks great on a Smartphone or small PC screen, but begins to lose its luster on larger screens.
